Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy for further information.
