Refunds vary slightly depending on the method of payment. 

You paid for your order in full with a gift card or credit note

In this case, your gift card/credit note will be credited with the value of the jewelry returned.

You have paid for your order partially with a gift card or credit note 

In this case, the amount paid with the gift card or credit note will be credited back to this payment method and the remainder will be refunded to your second payment method. 

You used a loyalty code when placing your order 

In the event of a full refund of your order, a new loyalty code will be automatically credited within 24 to 48 hours.
