Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Metropolitan France

In metropolitan France, you can initiate a returns procedure directly via our returns platform. Follow the instructions, print the shipping label and drop off your return at a post office.

Returns are free of charge in mainland France.

Outside France

For returns outside France, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can return unsuitable products by parcel post to the following address:
