My parcel has been delayed. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago
Is your parcel late? Before anything else, we invite you to check the following:
1. The shipping date of your order
Your order is dispatched when you receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
For your information, the postal service collects parcels from our workshop from Monday to Friday around 3pm.
2. Your tracking number
When the postal service scans your parcel, you'll be informed of its progress. You'll see if there are any delays or other problems with the delivery. It can take 1 to 2 working days for the tracking number to be updated by the delivery service after the parcel has left the workshop.
