Lost parcels
At Aglaia, we do our utmost to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service department by email at [email protected] with your order number and all relevant details.
Damaged parcels
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged parcel. In this case, please contact customer service via email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damaged items or parcel.
In both cases, we will examine the documents provided and, if necessary, proceed with a replacement or refund.
